  • Up to $50,000 to prepare a home for sale. The seller chooses their own contractors.
  • Repaid when the home closes.
  • Covers items such as staging, painting, flooring, repairs, landscaping, cleaning, and photography.
  • Costs: a $499 origination fee on the first draw, plus fixed interest. The rate is set by the lender and is shown in their terms.
